Octreotide Case 2 Answers

1) Any evidence for a primary?

There is a small focus to the right of the midline, below the liver, which probably represents the small bowel primary.

2) Any evidence for metastases?

There are 4 hot spots in the liver, which correlate with large metastases seen on CT.

3) Do the CT findings surprise you?

No. Octreotide is more sensitive for small tumours
